Maroni takes time over the selection of the raw materials it then processes, paying particular attention to the source of those materials and, therefore, to issues of environmental sustainability. Accordingly, the company uses wood from forests that are managed in such a way as to comply with strict environmental and social guidelines.

On request, it is also possible to supply wood certified by international bodies that work to verify its provenance and ensure respect for the ecosystem, the laws and the rights of local communities, thus permitting the forests to be monitored and, ultimately, safeguarded.
